Pricing for organisations is customised based on specific needs. Factors like location, the number of participants and the number of sessions required play a significant role in determining the cost. Once we understand these requirements, we can tailor a cost specifically for you. Please get in touch with us to discuss these details and we will provide a bespoke quote.
The frequency of bootcamps are often customised to fit the specific needs and preferences of each organisation. This can range from once a month, once every two weeks, or even one-off bootcamps. We are committed to providing a flexible schedule that works best for your organisation.
If you have a suitable area, we can run our bootcamps directly at your organisation. If you do not, our sessions take place at Uplands Park, located at Uplands Road, Oadby, Leicester, LE2 4NT.
Participants are advised to bring a large bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout the session. As for clothing, it's recommended to wear clothes that you don't mind getting grassy or muddy, ideally made of breathable material. Appropriate fitness footwear should also be worn.
Please avoid wearing jeans, shoes, or heavy thick clothing to ensure ease of movement and comfort during the activities.
A typical session is designed for a group size of up to 20 adults and lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. This duration includes time for explaining exercises, ensuring that every participant can engage in about an hour's worth of activity, tailored to their individual abilities.
The session commences with a cardio warm-up. This accommodates various ability levels, improving agility, teamwork, and competitiveness, while maintaining a friendly and enjoyable environment.
After the warm-up, participants move on to the main segment of the session: a full-body workout. This part of the session uses a diverse range of equipment such as tyres, chains, kegs, water drums, slamballs, kettlebells, weightbags, and logs. The exercises, which include flipping, pulling, pushing, and a lot of running, are designed to be ability-based, so participants can perform at a pace and level that suits them.
Throughout the session, we uphold the values of respect, dedication, determination, and pride, to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all. If any participant breaches these rules, they are asked to do press-ups, a task that can also be adapted based on individual abilities.
The session wraps up with a team-based tug-of-war game. This exercise offers participants of varying confidence levels the chance to either lead or be led, reinforcing our commitment to inclusivity. It also serves to instill respect and understanding among all participants, irrespective of the outcome of the game.
If you have specific requirements or ideas for the sessions, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We are more than happy to accommodate your needs and suggestions to ensure you have the best possible experience.
